All of you must have heard about the great Kalidasa, but now in this 21 century a new poet(?) called Kolidasa(Great Poet) is becoming famous. These are some of his gems.

ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು ಕೋಳಿದಾಸ
ನಾನು ತಿನ್ನೋದು ಬರೀ ಖಾಲಿ ದೋಸ!
ನನ್ನ ಕೋಳಿಯೇ ನನಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ
ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಅದರ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಮೂರ್ತಿ!!

ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಲ್ಲಿರೋ ಬೆಕ್ಕಿನ ಹೆಸರು ರಕ್ಕು
ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಳ್ಳಲ್ಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟೆ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರದ ಚೆಕ್ಕು!
ತಿಂದೂ ತಿಂದೂ ಹೊತ್ತು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅದು ತಂಬಿಟ್ಟು
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಸ್ಟು ಸೊಕ್ಕು ಅದ್ನ್ರೆ ಎನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತಿರಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ ಬಾಯ್ಬಿಟ್ಟು!!

ಆಗೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿತುಚಂದ್ರ ಬಿಂಬ
ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗಿ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಅದು ಲೈಟ್ ಕಂಬ!
ಅದರ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ಲು ವಯ್ಯಾರದಿ ರಂಭ
ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗಲು ಕೈಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಳು ಚೊಂಬ !!
